Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 1 large Frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 4 fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • 1 Measuring cups
  • 1 Serving bowl
  • 1 Silicone spatula

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary. Add a small splash of milk only if needed to help the blender.
  3. Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between two serving bowls.
  4. Top with granola, sliced strawberries, banana slices, blueberries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy while the smoothie bowl is thick, cold, and creamy.

Notes

• Use frozen fruit to achieve a thick, spoonable consistency.
